productions.cfd (İZAYDAŞ) is extremely sensitive about the security of your personal data. Your personal data is processed and stored in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").
1. How Your Personal Data May Be Processed
Pursuant to Law No. 6698 KVKK, the personal data you share with productions.cfd may be fully or partially obtained, recorded, stored, modified, reorganized, in short, processed by us in any way, either automatically or as part of any data recording system. Any operation performed on data under KVKK is considered as "processing of personal data".
2. Purposes and Legal Reasons for Processing Your Personal Data
The personal data you share may be used for the following purposes,
To fulfill the requirements of the services we provide to our customers, in accordance with the contract and technology, and to improve our products and services;
To provide information to prosecutors, courts, and relevant public officials when required, in matters related to public safety and legal disputes;
To offer our members a wide range of opportunities or to share these opportunities with authorized persons or institutions within the legal framework;
To analyze advertising preferences, in accordance with Law No. 6698 KVKK and relevant secondary regulations.
3. Information About Third Parties to Whom Your Personal Data May Be Transferred
For the purposes stated above, the persons/institutions to whom your personal data shared with productions.cfd may be transferred include: our main shareholders, shareholders, advertisers, domestic/foreign affiliates directly or indirectly; primarily member companies using the productions.cfd infrastructure, and, without limitation, individuals and institutions related to the services offered, service providers, collaborators, program partner organizations, domestic/foreign institutions, and other third parties and organizations.

4. Methods of Collecting Your Personal Data
Your personal data may be collected,
productions.cfd through forms on the website and mobile applications such as name, surname, address, phone, business or personal email address; data including preferences on pages accessed with username and password, IP logs of performed transactions, cookie data collected by browsers, browsing time and details, and location data;
Personal data provided by individuals who share their data for commercial relations with productions.cfd, such as applying for jobs, making offers, via business cards, CVs, offers, in physical or virtual environments, face-to-face, remotely, orally, in writing or electronically;
Data obtained indirectly from various channels, micro websites, social media, newsletters, public databases, or social sharing platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Google, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.) can also be processed and collected.
5. Personal Data Obtained Before KVKK Entered Into Force
productions.cfd did not have any personal data stored before April 7, 2016, the enforcement date of KVKK.
6. Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your personal data collected in any of the above methods, whether processed in Turkey or abroad, may be transferred to service providers abroad (countries accredited by the Personal Data Protection Board and ensuring adequate protection) in compliance with KVKK and contractual purposes.
Your personal data may be shared with;
Our business partners, cooperating for the provision and promotion of products and services,
Authorized authorities in case of emergency call to determine your location,
Regulatory and supervisory authorities, courts, enforcement offices, and other authorized public institutions,
productions.cfd may transfer data to legal entities with whom it has commercial relations and has your phone number, if necessary.
7. Storage and Protection of Personal Data
productions.cfd is obliged to take software and physical security measures such as hashing, encryption, transaction logs, access management to prevent unlawful processing and unauthorized access of personal data, as per Article 12 of KVKK. Any unlawful access discovered will be immediately reported to the Personal Data Protection Board in writing.
8. Keeping Personal Data Accurate and Up-to-Date
According to Article 4 of KVKK, productions.cfd is responsible for keeping your personal data accurate and up-to-date. Members are required to share accurate and current data or update it via the website/mobile application for compliance.
9. Rights of Personal Data Owners under Law No. 6698 KVKK
Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK effective from October 7, 2016, the rights of personal data owners are as follows:
Personal Data Owners may apply to productions.cfd (data controller) to;
Learn whether personal data is being processed,
Request information if their personal data has been processed,
Learn the purpose of processing and whether personal data is used accordingly,
Know the third parties, domestic or abroad, to whom personal data has been transferred,
Request correction if personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
Request deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions in Article 7 of KVKK,
Request notification of corrections, deletions, or destructions to third parties the personal data was transferred to,
Object to automatic analysis of data leading to outcomes against themselves,
Request compensation for damages due to unlawful processing of personal data.

productions.cfd's appointed Data Officer Representative will be announced on the Data Controllers Registry and on the website when the legal infrastructure is established.
