You can access our license certificate at productions.cfd.

Which types of waste are not accepted at your facilities?

Explosives, radioactive waste, feces, and carcass waste are not accepted at our facility.

Where can I find the waste code?

The foundation of legal compliance and safety in waste management begins with the correct coding of each waste item. We carry out this process meticulously in accordance with the Waste Management Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 02.04.2015 and numbered 29314.

Waste codes are listed in Annex 4 of the relevant regulation, and the responsibility for determining the waste code lies with the waste owner.

The asterisk (*) in the waste list indicates hazardous waste, the (A) indicates the hazardous waste class, and the (M) indicates that the hazardous nature must be determined. Material safety data sheets and guidelines published by the Ministry are used to determine the hazardous properties of wastes. Analysis studies are carried out by laboratories accredited by the Ministry.

The results of these analyses remain valid for 5 years, provided there is no change in the production process. If there is a change in the production process, the analysis must be renewed within 3 months of the change. Waste codes ending in “99” cannot be used without the approval of the Ministry, and the hazardous nature of these wastes must be documented by analysis.

I don't know if my waste is hazardous. What should I do?

To determine whether your waste is hazardous, you must have it analyzed at a licensed and accredited environmental laboratory. Waste is classified as hazardous according to the characteristics and concentrations specified in the Waste Management Regulation.

Wastes marked with an (A) in Annex IV of the Regulation are classified as hazardous regardless of their concentration, while wastes marked with an (M) are considered hazardous if they exhibit hazardous properties. To make this distinction, samples representative of your waste must be taken and analyzed.

Such analyses are carried out meticulously by our expert staff in our laboratories authorized by the Ministry.
